Smoke detector that sounds an alarm and sends advertising signifying an alarm when it detects smoke.

Note that this beacon is not an iBeacon nor Eddystone beacon. The advertising data is instead wholly used for sensor data. The beacon broadcasts the MAC address with alarm, a low battery report when the battery is low (also buzzer every minute) and a heartbeat every 24hrs. You will need to create an app or use a gateway to scan and get the advertising data.
