Sensor beacon with passive infrared (PIR) sensor detecting whether there's someone in the area 2m range in front of the sensor.
Advertises a unique id, the occupancy state, trigger count and battery voltage. Bluetooth Service Characteristics provide access to the trigger count and PIR state changes. Can also be configured to send out a heartbeat every 60 secs if there has been no change of state.
