Bluetooth LE on/off detection sensor beacon for sensing and IoT applications. A separate USB terminal block plugs into the USB slot. The terminal block can be used to detect a switch or a DC voltage (high = 0.5v to 50v). The beacon advertises when there's a change of state from 0->1 or 1->0 or every advertising interval if there's no change of state.
Powered from 2x CR2032 included. Slide switch on bottom turns on.
Note that this Bluetooth beacon is not an iBeacon nor Eddystone beacon. The advertising data is instead wholly used for sensor data. The beacon broadcasts the sensor status and battery level. You will need an app or gateway to scan and get the advertising data.
4.9 years battery life with the default advertising interval (10 secs) and 120 change of state events per day.
Black only.
An Android configuration app allows changing of transmit power level and the advertising interval (100ms to 10 mins, default 10s). There is no iOS configuration app.
Supplied with details how to access technical and programming information.
