Waterproof IP66 waterpprof beacon providing a long 240m range. Advertises up to 6 channels that can be iBeacon, Eddystone UID, Eddystone URL, Eddystone TLM and device info. Uses 4 AA batteries (included) for a very long battery life of up to 10 years (depends on settings).

Small external on-off button on side via long press. It's possible to set any of the advertising types to trigger on a button double or triple press.

Uses the newer Nordic nRF52 SoC for improved battery life.

The Eddystone TLM advertising and configuration app show a temperature. This is not a separate temperature sensor, it's the System on a Chip (Soc) die/chip temperature. As the chip is low power and generates little heat, this tends to track the external temperature. However, note that this temperature has a low resolution of 0.25C and changes slowly as the beacon is sealed for waterproofing.
